To enclose the back patio, they were given the job. The existing rear patio was destroyed, and the rooms were then constructed from the ground up. They started by pouring the cement for the flooring, followed by framing, a fireplace, an expanded master closet, and an extra study, creating a 6' wide corridor. We intend to renovate the kitchen when they return next week.

Finally finished, our home makeover, and we couldn't be happier with the job done by Calgary's YYC General Contractors! Instead of selling, we had opted to remodel our home. Our projects included expanding the family room by 238 square feet, removing popcorn from all of the house's ceilings, demolishing the stone fireplace, installing new tile from floor to ceiling, constructing a new patio area (slab and cover), removing all wood from the house's exterior and replacing it with stucco, upgrading the electrical panel, and painting the exterior of the building. We also asked them to remove our existing ""wood"" retaining wall, move our slope back approximately 3–4 feet, and construct a new concrete one. They are top-notch.
